Our products contain a variety of natural, plant-based ingredients such as Aloe Vera, Chamomile, and Green tea extract. We also use a range of butters such as Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Mango Butter and Organic carrier oils. We avoid using harsh chemicals and artificial preservatives.
2. How do I choose the right products for my skin type?
Our website include a skin type quiz and product recommendations based on your answers. Please feel free to try it out or ask us a question through the chat facility, contact us page, watsapp or via instagram DMs.
3. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
We have a range of product special for those with sensitive skin formulated for sensitive skin and are free of potential irritants. Please be sure to read the product description, particularly the skin type recommendation section to determine what products to use.
4. Do you have any vegan or cruelty-free options?
Yes — indeed we do, and for the ones which we don't, avoid any product which contains Manuka Honey as this is the only non-vegan ingredient we use in selected products. Manuka Honey has been harvested from the Manuka flower by Bees in New Zealand. All other products without Manuka Honey has been vegan formulated.
5. Are you cruelty free?
We never test on animals. Our friends and family will do.
6. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but we aim to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email.
8. What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. More about this can be reviewed in the terms and conditions.
9. Do you have any discounts or promotions currently available?
We may have promotions and discounts available on our website and social media accounts. Be sure to subscribe to our website and follows us on social media to stay updated.
10. How often should I use your products?
It depends on the product, but we recommend using our cleansers and moisturisers twice a day, and our serums and masks once or twice a week.
11. Are you product CPSR Approved?
Yes, we hold 12 months CPSR (cosmetic, product, service report) for all products. These are reviewed annually.
12. What is your payment method?
We accept Credit cards, Debit cards, Apple pay, PayPal, Klarna and Clearpay. Please select your preferred option at check out.
13. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet.
14. Can I get a sample before I buy?
Yes, we offer samples with purchase. We are happy chose this for you or you can let us know in the comments sections at check out.
15. Do you have a physical store or only online?
We are currently only online, but we are looking forward to open our first physical store in the near future.
16. What steps is your skincare brand taking to reduce its environmental impact, specifically in regards to plastic usage and disposal?
At BYOODE, we are dedicated to not only provide you with high-quality products but also to remain conscious of the impact in which or operation has on the environment. We understand the importance of reducing plastic usage and promoting recycling which makes us proud customers of suppliers who offer recycled containers and materials made from recycled plastic. We also encourage our customers to use proper disposal for our containers or to recycle them after the product has finished. Additionally, we have switched to using recycled shipping packaging so that our consumers may find use for them that they are easier to dispose. We will continue searching for ways to further reduce our plastic usage and encourage our customers to join us in our mission to preserve the planet. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in reducing plastic waste and promoting a greener future.
