Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. If the product does not meet your expectations, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction if an item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Kindly include a description and photos of the damage. Once we verify the issue, we will offer either a refund or a replacement, based on your preference.

  • Refunds will exclude shipping costs.
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process after approval.
