Shipping policy

Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or holidays. Processing time is an additional timeframe separate from your shipping method.

UK Shipping

  • Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and fulfillment, with an additional 2 days for shipping.
  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, or EVRI. While we aim to deliver within this timeframe, there may be unforeseeable delays.

International Shipping

  • All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
  • Please note that international deliveries may also face unforeseeable delays.

Notice

  • OSHIN FITNESS X BYOODE is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the courier. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is provided. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees will be required to resend it to the correct address.
  • Any claims for lost or damaged parcels must be made directly with the courier service.

Customs, Duties, and Local Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, and additional processing fees, which vary by country. We encourage you to contact your local customs office for more details. OSHIN FITNESS X BYOODE is not responsible for these fees, and it is the customer’s responsibility to settle them.
  • If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be provided.

General Delivery Information

  • Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK Bank Holidays.
  • OSHIN FITNESS X BYOODE cannot be held responsible for unanticipated shipping delays due to customs, courier issues, or other factors outside of our control.
  • If your order is delayed by Royal Mail, or EVRI, please contact us at oshin@oshinfitness.com or oshin@byoode.co.uk, and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. If there are any unforeseen processing delays, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.
